Regarding the orders, the price of which is to be paid by credit card will be executed only when our company received the necessary code ACCEPTANCE by the bank sponsor, which must inform the bank with which the company cooperates (Alpha Bank).
• Paypal
The clearance of your payment is taken by the bank Alpha Bank thus ensuring the absolute safety of your transaction.
If the customer cancel the order after its inception process of the sold object, bear the costs of this transfer.
All information transmitted electronically from the customer (credit card) to the bank service, and their transfer from the bank to VISA or MasterCard are covered by the encryption algorithm SSL 128-bit.
In this case, the card details are not stored anywhere, only used during the control and billing. So the transactions you make via a credit card to vasandi-aromata.gr are completely safe.
Vasandi-aromata.gr does not collect or store in any way your credit card information and for this reason you need to register again each time you use your credit card for transactions via our site.
TRANSPORTATION
- All products listed in our store are sent without charge if the total order value is over 80,00 €. For purchases under 80,00 € there is a small cost 3.00 € (shipping & Cash On Delivery together) throughout Greece.
- The shipping companies we work with vary depending on the weight & dimensions of the goods. Shipment of products is nationwide using Courier companies offering the buyer fast service and low costs of receipt of goods.
- Delivery time is 1-2 working days for products marked "Available" and 3-5 working days for products marked "Pre Order". We ask for your understanding for any delivery delay in remote or inaccessible areas as well as during periods of high traffic.
