It is clarified, however, that in order for the customer-consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal and to proceed with the return of the goods and in general of any return of non-defective goods or to request its replacement, this must take place within the above exclusive deadline. , ie the withdrawal statement must be received by the Company no later than this deadline (receipt of receipt date): the day of receipt of the product in our warehouses).

Following the above statement of withdrawal, the Company returns any payment received from the customer - consumer, without undue delay and definitely within 14 calendar days from the day on which it was informed of the customer - consumer decision to withdraw from the contract.
 
The Company returns the money using the same means of payment as those used by the customer - consumer for the initial transaction. It should be noted that the Company is not required to reimburse additional delivery costs.

In particular, in the case of items included in a more specific package, in particular for health or hygiene reasons, the package must not have been tampered with or worn out, ie the right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of the supply of sealed goods, the which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery. The deadline is met if the customer - consumer sends back the goods before the expiration of the deadline of 14 calendar days.
 
The customer - consumer is charged only with the direct cost of returning the goods.
 
The customer - consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods only as a result of managing the goods other than that which is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
 
The company vasandi-aromata.gr is obliged to return only the amount that concerns the value of the product without the value of the shipping and if there is one of the above reasons.
