The French luxury goods company Van Cleef & Arpels was founded in 1896. Today it offers jewelry, watches and perfumes. The style of the company is the choice of many politicians, celebrities and even members of royal families. Some of the brand`s customers are Princess Soraya, Barbara Hutton, and the late calligrapher, Maria Callas. Van Cleef & Arpels first perfume, First for Women, was launched in 1978. Today, the brand has about 50 perfumes, products created by perfumers Domitille Bertier, Olivier Polge, Jacques Cavallier, Alberto Morillas, Emilie Coppermann, Antoine Maisondieu, Mark Buxton, Sonia Constant, and Francis Kurkdjian.

What is a tester? The testers that exist in vasandi-aromata.gr concern authentic perfumes which are unused and their only difference with the normal product lies in their packaging. Their box is white or brown, the word "tester" is written and they are without cellophane as they are intended for professional use from the beginning. Some perfumes may not have a lid. As the testers are made purely for perfume promotion purposes, their quality is exactly the same as that of a regular product. The testers are special packages that are made by the manufacturer only for the purpose of promoting the product. These are the "non-for sale" items you see on the shelves for testing.
